Homemade Granola with Fresh Berries and Yogurt
Ingredients
- 3 cups oats
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup hemp hearts
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- sprinkle of sea salt
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/3 cup honey
- splash of vanilla
- Greek yogurt
- berries (such as blueberries and peaches)
Preparation
Combine the dry ingredients including oats, shredded coconut, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, hemp hearts, chia seeds, and sea salt.
Heat the oil, honey, and vanilla in a pan.
Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well.
Spread the mixture on a lined cookie sheet.
Bake at 250 degrees Fahrenheit for 55 minutes.
Serve with Greek yogurt and fresh berries such as blueberries and peaches.
