Breakfast Burcha Filled with Superfoods
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup flax seeds
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup cacao nibs
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup sultanas
- 1/2 cup diced dried mango
- 1/4 cup activated buckwheat
Preparation
Dice the sultanas and dried mango manually or by pulsing them in a food processor.
Add all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix them well.
Store the mixture in a jar, either in the pantry or the fridge.
Use it by sprinkling on morning smoothies or porridge, as a cereal, or soak it overnight like overnight oats.
Feel free to substitute ingredients, leave out some, or add others as desired.
