Healthy Banana Raisin Oat Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas (the riper the better)
- 1/2 tbsp of maple syrup (could be left out if bananas are sweet)
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- heaped tsp of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2ish cups of oats (approximately, not precisely measured)
- bit of coconut flour (added until thick enough to form shapes)
- handful of raisins
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Form the mixture into cookie shapes.
Place the cookie shapes on a cookie sheet.
Bake in the oven at 180°C until golden, approximately 15 minutes.
Leave the cookies to cool.
Note: The maple syrup can be omitted if the bananas provide enough sweetness.
