Healthy Banana Raisin Oat Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas (the riper the better)
  • 1/2 tbsp of maple syrup (could be left out if bananas are sweet)
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • heaped tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2ish cups of oats (approximately, not precisely measured)
  • bit of coconut flour (added until thick enough to form shapes)
  • handful of raisins

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Form the mixture into cookie shapes.

  3. Place the cookie shapes on a cookie sheet.

  4. Bake in the oven at 180°C until golden, approximately 15 minutes.

  5. Leave the cookies to cool.

  6. Note: The maple syrup can be omitted if the bananas provide enough sweetness.
