Delicious Easy Breakfast Cookies for Camping

Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup packed + pitted medjool dates
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp raisins (optional)
  • @hukitchen gems (i never put a measurement on chocolate gems because there really is no limit?)

Preparation

  1. Blend all wet ingredients together or use a food processor then transfer to a bowl.

  2. Fold in the dry ingredients and lastly add the chocolate gems.

  3. Bake at 350F for 9 minutes.

  4. Store in airtight container in fridge or freezer.

  5. Enjoy.
