Vegan Banana Bread with Nutmeg and Cinnamon
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups rice flour (can substitute with normal or wholemeal flour)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg powder
- pinch of salt
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup vegetable milk
- 1 shot espresso
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together and pour into a small mold.
Bake for 30 minutes at 190°C.
Optionally, slice a few strawberries and top them on the bread for a final touch.
