Warm Gluten-Free & Vegan Banana Bread Cupcakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup buckwheat flour
- 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1 cup oatmeal flour
- 4 tablespoons agave syrup
- 1 cup vegetable milk
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of cinnamon
Preparation
In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
Add all the other ingredients to the bowl and carefully mix until you get a creamy dough.
Fill the dough into cupcake molds.
Decorate the banana bread cupcakes with banana slices.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the cupcakes for 15 minutes.
