Warm Gluten-Free & Vegan Banana Bread Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup buckwheat flour
  • 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1 cup oatmeal flour
  • 4 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 1 cup vegetable milk
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.

  2. Add all the other ingredients to the bowl and carefully mix until you get a creamy dough.

  3. Fill the dough into cupcake molds.

  4. Decorate the banana bread cupcakes with banana slices.

  5. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the cupcakes for 15 minutes.
