Vegan and Paleo Banana Bread No Sugar Added
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 flax egg (1 Tbsp flax seed + 3 Tbsp water, soaked for couple min.)
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup nut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Handful chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup vegan dark chocolate chips (optional)
Preparation
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Set apart
Mix all the other ingredients in a separate bowl. ?Combine the wet with the dry ingredients. ?Stir in walnuts and chocolate chips. ?Grease well a loaf pan with coconut oil and add the batter
Bake for 30 - 33 minutes at 350F. Turn off the oven and let sit inside for extra 5-10 minutes. Take it out of the oven, and allow to cool down before cutting it
