Insanely Chewy Nutritious Superfood Breakfast Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 75 grams of peanut butter
- 125 grams of quick oats
- 30 grams of raisins
- 30 grams of pumpkinseeds
- 20 grams of goji berries (optional)
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 ℃/ 350 F.
Mash bananas in a large mixing bowl and add peanut butter, cinnamon, oats, raisins, pumpkinseeds and goji berries. Mix until all combined.
Roll 10 balls with your hands and press down on the baking sheet.
Bake cookies for 12-15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and enjoy!
