4-Ingredient Vegan Protein Brownie

Ingredients

  • 6 ripe bananas (about 520g)
  • 2 scoops @myvegan chocolate soy isolate
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (about 130g)
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder (about 30g)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180C/350F

  2. Mash the bananas with a fork until you get a nice mushy consistency

  3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until everything is incorporated

  4. Pour the mixture into a pan and bake for 20 minutes
