4-Ingredient Vegan Protein Brownie
Ingredients
- 6 ripe bananas (about 520g)
- 2 scoops @myvegan chocolate soy isolate
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (about 130g)
- 2 tbsp cacao powder (about 30g)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180C/350F
Mash the bananas with a fork until you get a nice mushy consistency
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until everything is incorporated
Pour the mixture into a pan and bake for 20 minutes
