Chocolate Peanut Butter Slice

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 6 dates and 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 8 dates and 1/2 cup rice malt syrup
  • 1/3 cup cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil and1/2 cup rice malt syrup

Preparation

  1. Whiz 3/4 cup almonds, 1/2 cup desiccated coconut, 6 dates and 1/4 cup coconut oil in a blender

  2. Press mixture into base of a lined slice tin

  3. Refrigerate for 30min

  4. For the peanut butter filling whiz 3/4 cup peanut butter, 8 dates and 1/2 cup rice malt syrup until smooth

  5. Spread over base and put in fridge for an hour

  6. Lastly whiz 1/3 cup cacao powder, 1/4 cup coconut oil and1/2 cup rice malt syrup into blender and spoon over the peanut butter filling

  7. Put in freezer until set
