Giant Gluten-Free Oat and Banana Cookie
Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup frozen wild blueberries
Preparation
Split the batter in half to make two large cookies.
Use a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a cast iron pan.
Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.
