Gluten-Free Blueberry Crumble Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup frozen wild blueberries
Crumble topping
- 1 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp almond butter
Preparation
Mix all the main ingredients together in a mug or oven-safe dish
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Mix the crumble ingredients in a small bowl
Top the baked cake with the crumble mixture.
