Cinnamon Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups almond flour
  • 2 tbsp ground flax
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 6 tbsp melted coconut oil (about didn’t really measure)
  • 3/4 cup maple syrup
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 dark chocolate chips + more for topping

Preparation

  1. Mix everything together

  2. Bake at 350 for 13 minutes, rotating halfway

  3. Enjoy
