Salted Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup softened butter
  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups almond flour
  • 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt + more for sprinkling on top
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 13 minutes, rotating halfway through.

  3. Cookies can be made dairy-free by substituting vegan butter and a flax egg.
