Salted Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup softened butter
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups almond flour
- 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt + more for sprinkling on top
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 13 minutes, rotating halfway through.

Cookies can be made dairy-free by substituting vegan butter and a flax egg.
