Low-Carb Keto Paleo Vegan Breakfast Porridge

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Ground flaxseeds
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup Almond milk
  • 1 tbsp Coconut yogurt
  • 1 tbsp almond flour or coconut flour (optional)
  • Cacao powder (optional)
  • Vegan protein powder (without refined sugar)

Preparation

  1. Mix dry ingredients into a bowl.

  2. Add half a cup of hot water and half a cup of almond milk or unsweetened coconut milk.

  3. Mix until the porridge is thick.

  4. Top with coconut yogurt, more nuts and seeds, berries, and nut butter.
