Cookie Dough Stuffed Pretzels

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup creamy almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2/3 cup coconut flour
  • 2-3 tbsp cacao nibs or mini chocolate chips

Toppings

  • Dark chocolate
  • Chia seeds

Preparation

  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together all of the ingredients until well combined.

  2. Make small dough balls and carefully press them between the pretzels.

  3. Cover half in melted dark chocolate and chia seeds and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
