Vegan White Chocolate Hearts
Ingredients
- 50 g coconut mylk powder
- 50 g cacao butter (@dragon_superfoods)
- 1 tablespoon honey, agave, or other sweetener
- Dark chocolate
- Colored coconut shreddings
Preparation
Melt the cacao butter in the microwave.
Stir in the coconut mylk powder and sweetener. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into little silicone heart-shaped forms.
Place the forms in the freezer for half an hour to set.
While waiting, melt some dark chocolate.
Prepare colored coconut shreddings or other decorations.
Dip the set hearts in the melted chocolate.
Press the hearts carefully into the coconut shreddings.
Place the decorated hearts on parchment/baking paper.
Refrigerate the hearts until they are fully set.
