Vegan Bounty-Inspired Coconut Chocolate Balls
Ingredients
- 150g coconut flour
- 1 cup canned coconut milk
- 3-4 tbsp maple or agave syrup
- 120g dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp sunflower or coconut oil
- more coconut flour for coating
Preparation
Mix together coconut flour, coconut milk and maple syrup. Shape into a big ball and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes
Melt the chocolate with oil and let cool
Now shape the coconut mixture into small balls and coat them first with melted chocolate and then coconut flour.
Refrigerate before serving
