Simple Coconut Bounty Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 2 TBS coconut flour
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 2 TBS maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup coconut cream
  • 1/3 cup protein powder (vanilla)
  • 1 TBS blue spirulina
  • 150g dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Mix all of the above ingredients in large mixing bowl except dark chocolate

  2. Roll mixture into balls

  3. Transfer them to freezer for 2 hours on baking paper on a flat dish or tray

  4. Slowly melt the dark chocolate

  5. Line a large baking pan with parchment paper

  6. Dip the balls in dark chocolate then place them on lined baking pan

  7. Transfer to freezer for about 10 minutes, then place them in an airtight container

  8. Store in the refrigerator or freezer as they defrost quickly
