No-Bake Raw Mint Slice

Ingredients

Base

  • 1 packet @ballerblends Choc Mint

Mint layer

  • 1 cup Cashews (soaked)
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Cream
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Mint Leaves

Chocolate top

  • 1/4 cup Cacao Powder
  • 1/4 cup Rice Malt Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil

Preparation

  1. Prepare Baller Blends mix as per instructions, press into a lined baking tin, and put in the fridge to set.

  2. Make mint layer by blending all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth and creamy, pour over base, and put into freezer to set.

  3. Stir together choc topping ingredients, pour on top, and put in the freezer for at least 3 hours to set before slicing.

  4. Store in the freezer and allow to thaw before eating.
