Peanut Raspberry Brownie Bars
Ingredients
Brownie base
- 1/2 cup Oat Flour
- 1/2 cup Cacao Powder
- 1/4 cup Almond Yoghurt
- 2 tbs Peanut Butter
Raspberry layer
- 1/3 cup Raspberry Jam
Peanut butter layer
- 1 tub Peanut Butter Mousse
Choc coating
- 50g Dark Chocolate
- 1 tsp Coconut Oil
Preparation
Add ingredients for brownie in a bowl and stir until combined. Press into a lined baking tin. Add raspberry jam on top and put in the freezer until jam sets.
When jam has set, add peanut butter mousse. Put back in the freezer to set.
Cut into bars. Melt chocolate and coconut oil and coat the bars.
Store in the fridge or freezer.
