Choc Granola Cups
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup granola (and extra for topping)
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup brown rice syrup
- 1 tbs coconut oil
- for the chocolate fudge:
- 50g dark chocolate
- 2tbs peanut butter
- 1tbs coconut oil
Preparation
Add syrup and 1 tbs coconut oil to a bowl and microwave for 20 seconds
Stir through granola and oat flour
Press into silicone muffin trays and put in the fridge
To make the chocolate fudge, add all ingredients to a bowl and microwave for 25 seconds
Pour over the top of bases and sprinkle with extra granola
Put in the fridge to set
Store in the fridge for up to a week or in the freezer for longer!
