Chocolate Caramel Lava Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Oat Flour
  • 1/4 cup Choc Protein Powder
  • 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 cup Almond Milk

Caramel filling

  • 1 tbs Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbs Brown Rice Syrup

Preparation

  1. Mix peanut butter and syrup for caramel, spoon a thick dollop onto baking paper, and freeze for at least half an hour.

  2. Combine cake ingredients in a bowl and stir until mixed, pour half into a ramekin, add the frozen caramel, and top with the remaining mixture.

  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.

  4. Serve immediately, and for extra goodness, add coconut yoghurt or vanilla ice cream.
