Chocolate Caramel Lava Cake
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Oat Flour
- 1/4 cup Choc Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/3 cup Almond Milk
Caramel filling
- 1 tbs Peanut Butter
- 1 tbs Brown Rice Syrup
Preparation
Mix peanut butter and syrup for caramel, spoon a thick dollop onto baking paper, and freeze for at least half an hour.
Combine cake ingredients in a bowl and stir until mixed, pour half into a ramekin, add the frozen caramel, and top with the remaining mixture.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Serve immediately, and for extra goodness, add coconut yoghurt or vanilla ice cream.
