Single Serve Peanut Butter and Jelly Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • splash of almond milk
  • frozen raspberries
  • raspberry jam (for topping)
  • chopped peanuts (for topping)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C

  2. Add banana to a bowl and mash well

  3. Stir through oat flour, peanut butter and baking powder until combined

  4. Add in frozen raspberries before putting mixture in a ramekin

  5. Bake for 15 minutes and serve topped with raspberry jam, peanut butter and chopped peanuts
