Single Serve Peanut Butter and Jelly Cake
Ingredients
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- splash of almond milk
- frozen raspberries
- raspberry jam (for topping)
- chopped peanuts (for topping)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C
Add banana to a bowl and mash well
Stir through oat flour, peanut butter and baking powder until combined
Add in frozen raspberries before putting mixture in a ramekin
Bake for 15 minutes and serve topped with raspberry jam, peanut butter and chopped peanuts
