No Bake Ferrero Rocher Squares

Ingredients

Brownie

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup ground hazelnuts
  • 7 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup hazelnut butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

Caramel

  • 1/3 cup hazelnut butter
  • 6 tablespoons maple syrup

Ganache

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate
  • 4 tablespoons canned coconut milk

Preparation

  1. Mix the brownie ingredients together and press into a pan.

  2. Mix the caramel ingredients and spread over the brownie layer.

  3. Freeze for 1 hour before adding ganache.

  4. Mix the ganache ingredients and spread over the caramel layer.

  5. Freeze until set.
