Healthy No-Bake Chocolate Hazelnut Brownies

Ingredients

  • 150 g pitted dates
  • 50 g cacao
  • 50 g hazelnut butter
  • 100 g ground hazelnuts
  • 2 tsp coconut oil

Toppings

  • pinch of salt
  • dark chocolate (approximately 30g)

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients for the dough using your hands or a food processor. Adjust measurements if needed (add more dates or nut butter if too dry, or more nuts if too sticky).

  2. Press the dough into a square form or box and place it in the fridge.

  3. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate.

  4. Remove the brownie batter from the form, spread the melted chocolate over it, sprinkle a tiny bit of salt on top, and cut into pieces.

  5. Enjoy, optionally topped with tigernut chocolate cream for extra chocolate flavor.
