Healthy No-Bake Chocolate Hazelnut Brownies
Ingredients
- 150 g pitted dates
- 50 g cacao
- 50 g hazelnut butter
- 100 g ground hazelnuts
- 2 tsp coconut oil
Toppings
- pinch of salt
- dark chocolate (approximately 30g)
Preparation
Blend all ingredients for the dough using your hands or a food processor. Adjust measurements if needed (add more dates or nut butter if too dry, or more nuts if too sticky).
Press the dough into a square form or box and place it in the fridge.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate.
Remove the brownie batter from the form, spread the melted chocolate over it, sprinkle a tiny bit of salt on top, and cut into pieces.
Enjoy, optionally topped with tigernut chocolate cream for extra chocolate flavor.
