Healthy Almond Butter Energy Bites Snack

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp. ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. maca powder
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp. cacao nibs
  • 1 tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 3 tbsp. almond milk
  • 1/4 cup almond butter

Preparation

  1. Stir all ingredients together.

  2. Roll the mixture into balls.

  3. Toss the balls in a little almond flour for coating.

  4. Note: Energy bite recipes are versatile; you can use whatever you have in your pantry or fridge and don't have to include all the seeds and powders for it to still be a good healthy snack.
