Healthy Almond Butter Energy Bites Snack
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp. ceylon cinnamon
- 1 tsp. maca powder
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tbsp. cacao nibs
- 1 tbsp. hemp seeds
- 3 tbsp. almond milk
- 1/4 cup almond butter
Preparation
Stir all ingredients together.
Roll the mixture into balls.
Toss the balls in a little almond flour for coating.
Note: Energy bite recipes are versatile; you can use whatever you have in your pantry or fridge and don't have to include all the seeds and powders for it to still be a good healthy snack.
