Mint Cacao Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp agave
- 1/4 cup sunflower seed butter or any nut butter
- Sea salt dark chocolate for coating
- Crushed peppermint for coating
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
Roll the mixture into balls.
Coat the balls in melty chocolate.
Roll them in crushed peppermint.
Place in the freezer for 20 minutes to set the chocolate.
Store in the fridge.
