Raw Cookie Dough Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 2.5 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup
- 2 tbsp full fat coconut cream or coconut milk
- 2 tbsp protein powder or collagen
- 2 tbsp extra dark chocolate chips
- Sprinkle of sea salt
Optional add-ins
- ashwagandha
Chocolate sauce
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- coconut cream
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a big bowl until dough forms.
Refrigerate as is to harden it a bit for 30 minutes.
Then roll into balls.
Drizzle a chocolate sauce made of 2 tbsp cacao powder and coconut cream.
