Raw Cookie Dough Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2.5 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp full fat coconut cream or coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp protein powder or collagen
  • 2 tbsp extra dark chocolate chips
  • Sprinkle of sea salt

Optional add-ins

  • ashwagandha

Chocolate sauce

  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • coconut cream

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a big bowl until dough forms.

  2. Refrigerate as is to harden it a bit for 30 minutes.

  3. Then roll into balls.

  4. Drizzle a chocolate sauce made of 2 tbsp cacao powder and coconut cream.
