Nut Butter Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup hazelnut butter (or any nut butter)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • 3 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 2 tbsp extra dark chocolate chips

Optional

  • 1 tsp ashwagandha
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 3 tbsp chocolate for topping

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until a thick batter forms.

  2. Roll the mixture into balls or use a mini ice cream scooper.

  3. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to harden.

  4. Melt the additional chocolate for topping

  5. Coat the balls with the melted chocolate.

  6. Store in the fridge.
