Nut Butter Chocolate Truffles
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup hazelnut butter (or any nut butter)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 3 tbsp coconut flour
- 3 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- 2 tbsp extra dark chocolate chips
Optional
- 1 tsp ashwagandha
- 1 tsp cacao powder
- 3 tbsp chocolate for topping
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until a thick batter forms.
Roll the mixture into balls or use a mini ice cream scooper.
Refrigerate for 10 minutes to harden.
Melt the additional chocolate for topping
Coat the balls with the melted chocolate.
Store in the fridge.
