Yummiest Chocolate No Bake Oat Cookie Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup pb or any nut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 heaping tbsp cacao powder
  • cacao nibs
  • unsweetened coconut shreds

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Place in fridge for 30 minutes to harden up.

  3. Enjoy!

Cacao tips

  1. Make sure to use cacao not cocoa.

  2. Cacao is the raw unprocessed version which packs nutrients and antioxidants.

  3. It’s a total superfood and a good plant-based source of calcium and iron.

  4. While cocoa is processed and loses nutrients, often with added sugar and milk products, having low nutritional value.
