Chocolate and Peanut Butter Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 2 heap tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 1/2 cups of soaked dates
  • 2 heaps tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup

Preparation

  1. In a food processor, combine the dry ingredients until well mixed.

  2. Add the wet ingredients and mix until everything is well combined.

  3. Scoop out the mixture with a tablespoon and roll it into balls.

  4. Note: Measurements are approximate, so adjust to taste as needed. This recipe yields about 12 bliss balls.
