Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Oat Bars

Ingredients

Base

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 1/4 cups peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • chia seeds (optional)

Coating

  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter for the coating.

  2. Freeze the mixture.

  3. Slice into bars and store for the week.

  4. FODMAP friendly serving is one large bar (palm sized).
