Refreshing Strawberry and Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 8 strawberries
  • large handful of spinach
  • 4 Brazil nuts
  • 1 small banana
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon baobab
  • nut milk (to cover)

Preparation

  1. Soak 3 tablespoons of chia seeds overnight.

  2. In a blender, combine all ingredients including the soaked chia seeds.

  3. Cover with nut milk.

  4. Blitz until smooth.

  5. Keep a stash of soaked chia seeds in the fridge for convenience.
