Cacao Peanut Butter and Ginger Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2 dates
- 1 heaped tsp of peanut butter
- 2 tbsp of cacao powder
- A 1/2 thumb size piece of fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp of chia seeds
- Cashew milk (to cover)
Boosters
- 1 tsp of Black Maca powder
Preparation
Blend until smooth and share out.
