Spring Green Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • spinach
  • kale
  • kiwifruit
  • 1/2 matcha powder
  • banana
  • pear
  • 1/2 tsp wheatgrass powder
  • ginger
  • few drops of lemon
  • coconut milk

Toppings

  • quinoa puffs
  • granola

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender using coconut milk as the base

  2. Top the blended smoothie with quinoa puffs and granola
