Refreshing Chia Pudding with Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • chia seeds
  • coconut milk
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • spinach
  • kale
  • 1 kiwi
  • banana
  • 1/2 tsp matcha powder
  • handful pineapple pieces
  • 1 tsp almond powder
  • granola
  • kiwifruit

Preparation

  1. Soak chia seeds in coconut milk with 2 tsp maple syrup.

  2. Blend spinach, kale, 1 kiwi, banana, 1/2 tsp matcha powder, a handful of pineapple pieces, and 1 tsp almond powder to make a smoothie.

  3. Mix the smoothie into the chia pudding.

  4. Top with granola and kiwifruit.
