Refreshing Chia Pudding with Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- chia seeds
- coconut milk
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- spinach
- kale
- 1 kiwi
- banana
- 1/2 tsp matcha powder
- handful pineapple pieces
- 1 tsp almond powder
- granola
- kiwifruit
Preparation
Soak chia seeds in coconut milk with 2 tsp maple syrup.
Blend spinach, kale, 1 kiwi, banana, 1/2 tsp matcha powder, a handful of pineapple pieces, and 1 tsp almond powder to make a smoothie.
Mix the smoothie into the chia pudding.
Top with granola and kiwifruit.
