Healthy Breakfast Jar with Matcha and Fruits
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- raw agave
- handful mangoes
- banana
- pear
- coconut milk
- handful spinach
- matcha powder
- kiwifruit
Preparation
Soak 3 tbsp chia seeds overnight in 1 cup almond milk with raw agave.
Prepare the orange layer using a handful of mangoes, banana, pear, and coconut milk.
Prepare the green layer with a handful of spinach, matcha powder, kiwifruit, banana, and coconut milk.
Decorate the jar or bowl as desired and enjoy.
