Matcha Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • Chia seeds
  • Matcha powder
  • Raw agave or maple syrup
  • Coconut milk
  • LSA powder
  • Almond milk
  • Fruits of your choice

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well

  2. Let the mixture sit for at least 15 minutes to allow the chia seeds to gel, or refrigerate for thicker consistency

  3. Add fresh fruits and serve immediately or chilled
