Matcha Chia Seed Pudding Breakfast Treat
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk (full fat makes for the creamiest pudding!)
- 1/4 cup @healthworkschef chia seeds
- 1 tbs maple syrup
- 1 tbs matcha powder
Preparation
Pour the chia seeds and coconut milk into a medium-sized mixing bowl.
Whisk until well combined.
Add in matcha powder and whisk again.
Add maple syrup to taste depending on how sweet you like it.
Pour the mixture into a mason jar.
Place into the fridge to set for about 20 minutes or overnight.
When ready to eat, remove from the fridge and layer with any toppings you like, such as coconut yogurt, strawberries, blueberries, and bee pollen.
