Overnight Chia Oats Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp quick oats
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp raw agave
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • Nuts and fruits of choice
  • Caramelized bananas

Preparation

  1. Soak the quick oats in water overnight.

  2. Combine the chia seeds, raw agave, coconut milk, oat milk, and soaked oats in a bowl. Mix well.

  3. Let the mixture sit for at least 10 minutes to thicken.

  4. Caramelize the bananas by slicing and cooking them in a pan until golden.

  5. Serve the pudding topped with caramelized bananas, nuts, and fruits of choice.
