Overnight Chia Oats Pudding
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp quick oats
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp raw agave
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup oat milk
- Nuts and fruits of choice
- Caramelized bananas
Preparation
Soak the quick oats in water overnight.
Combine the chia seeds, raw agave, coconut milk, oat milk, and soaked oats in a bowl. Mix well.
Let the mixture sit for at least 10 minutes to thicken.
Caramelize the bananas by slicing and cooking them in a pan until golden.
Serve the pudding topped with caramelized bananas, nuts, and fruits of choice.
