Lemon Coconut Chia Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Juice of 3/4 lemon
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut

Preparation

  1. Mix everything together in a jar or bowl and let sit overnight.

  2. Enjoy in the morning with fresh berries and extra coconut.
