Lemon Coconut Chia Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water
- Juice of 3/4 lemon
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
Preparation
Mix everything together in a jar or bowl and let sit overnight.
Enjoy in the morning with fresh berries and extra coconut.
