Layered Chia Pudding with Fruits and Matcha
Ingredients
- Chia seeds
- Coconut milk
- Banana
- Pear
- 1/2 teaspoon blue matcha
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1/4 cup dragon fruit
- 1/4 avocado
- Agave syrup (to taste)
Preparation
Mix chia seeds with coconut milk and refrigerate overnight to set
For the blue layer, combine banana, half a pear, 1/2 teaspoon blue matcha, a few drops of agave syrup, and coconut milk; blend until smooth
For the pink layer, mix 1/4 cup dragon fruit, banana, pear, and a dash of agave syrup
For the green layer, mix 1 teaspoon matcha powder, pear, banana, 1/4 avocado, and a few drops of agave syrup
Layer the chia base and the colored mixtures in jars according to preference.
Decorate with edible flowers or granola if desired and serve.
