Ingredients
- Coconut milk
- Raw agave
- Handful of spinach
- Matcha powder
- Chia seeds
- Pink pitaya
- Bananas
- Pear
- Handful of mango
Preparation
Mix chia seeds with coconut milk and raw agave; let it sit for at least 2 hours or overnight to set
Blend spinach with matcha powder to create a green layer mixture
Prepare fruit layers by chopping bananas, pear, mango, and pink pitaya as needed
