Chia Pudding with Blueberries and Blackberries

Ingredients

  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 3-4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup blackberries and blueberries (crushed)
  • 1/2 mango (crushed)
  • 1 tablespoon WAKE UP superfood mix

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well until fully incorporated.

  2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to achieve the best consistency.

  3. Optionally, prepare a natural jam with blackberries and blueberries to use as a topping.
