Chia Pudding with Blueberries and Blackberries
Ingredients
- 400ml coconut milk
- 3-4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 cup blackberries and blueberries (crushed)
- 1/2 mango (crushed)
- 1 tablespoon WAKE UP superfood mix
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well until fully incorporated.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to achieve the best consistency.
Optionally, prepare a natural jam with blackberries and blueberries to use as a topping.
