Overnight Chia Seeds with Fruits and Nuts

Ingredients

  • chia seeds
  • coconut milk
  • soy milk
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tsp raw agave
  • handful of nuts
  • 1/4 cup fresh pineapple
  • seasonal fruits

Preparation

  1. Soak chia seeds in coconut milk and soy milk overnight with 1 tsp matcha powder and 1 tsp raw agave.

  2. In the morning, add a handful of nuts and 1/4 cup fresh pineapple, then top with seasonal fruits.
