Turmeric Chia Seed Latte Drink

Ingredients

  • Chia seeds
  • Soy milk or coconut milk
  • Coconut water (optional)
  • Raw agave or maple syrup
  • Blue matcha
  • Matcha powder
  • Turmeric powder

Preparation

  1. Combine chia seeds with soy milk or coconut milk in a container

  2. Add coconut water if desired

  3. Mix in raw agave or maple syrup, blue matcha, matcha powder, and turmeric powder

  4. Stir well until smooth and let sit for 10-15 minutes to develop slimy texture
