Turmeric Chia Seed Latte Drink
Ingredients
- Chia seeds
- Soy milk or coconut milk
- Coconut water (optional)
- Raw agave or maple syrup
- Blue matcha
- Matcha powder
- Turmeric powder
Preparation
Combine chia seeds with soy milk or coconut milk in a container
Add coconut water if desired
Mix in raw agave or maple syrup, blue matcha, matcha powder, and turmeric powder
Stir well until smooth and let sit for 10-15 minutes to develop slimy texture
