Simple Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 tsp raw agave
- 1 tsp rose water
Optional additions
- Fresh fruits of your choice
- Nuts and granola
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Stir well to combine and avoid clumping.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the mixture to thicken.
Serve topped with fresh fruits, nuts, and granola if desired.
