Simple Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tsp raw agave
  • 1 tsp rose water

Optional additions

  • Fresh fruits of your choice
  • Nuts and granola

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Stir well to combine and avoid clumping.

  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the mixture to thicken.

  4. Serve topped with fresh fruits, nuts, and granola if desired.
