Healthy Vegan Chia Strawberry Pudding Treat
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- soy milk
- 1/2 package silken tofu
- frozen strawberries
- agar (optional)
Preparation
Hydrate 3 tablespoons of chia seeds with soy milk.
Blend half a package of silken tofu with frozen strawberries.
Optionally add agar for enhanced consistency.
Let the mixture sit in the fridge to achieve a mousse-like texture.
