Simple Chia Pudding with Raspberries and Cinnamon

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • dash of cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Crush raspberries into a jelly with a fork

  2. Mix all ingredients together

  3. Pour into a mason jar with a lid

  4. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours
